Phyllis read from=20 Sabbath allowing each of us time to reflect and comment on how = THIS day=20 is a Sabbath. We then had = group=20 prayer.

Discussion on the = =93Smiley=20 Project=94 ensued. Most = of the=20 =93minutes=94 are on the revised =93Action Plan=94 and the = =93Secretariat Things To Do by=20 Position=94 document.

An encompassing = note to all=20 of us: follow-through on = what you=20 say you are going to do!

With an upcoming = Bylaws=20 change possible, a Sec. member whose term ends June/August 2010 would = stay in=20 that position until Jan. 2011. =20 Those elected in summer 2010 will take office in Jan.=20 2011.
