Leaders Workshop

Did you know the Leaders Workshop is open to all Community? This Leaders Workshop presents an occasion to learn about the "inner workings" of Sonbeam VDC.

There will be sessions on the following weekend positions: Rector and Rectora, Head and Assistant Head Chas, Table Leaders and Silent Professors, Prayer Chas, Computer Chas, Palanca and Mailrooms, Cha teams & leaders, Cooks, Head and Assistant Head Server, Spiritual Directors and Babe Chicks.

If you ever wondered just what team members do in these positions during the weekend, this is your opportunity to find out first hand. Whether you are a veteran or a new babe chick, there is always something to be learned at these informative seminars as well as a time of fellowship with our brothers and sisters in Christ.

If you are a Babe Chick, please plan to attend the Babe Chick workshop. This session will answer your questions about the weekend and give insight to many of the behind the scene’s activities, and will prepare you to work on future teams.

If you sponsored a candidate for Weekend #57, please remember: It is your responsibility to encourage your candidate to attend this important workshop.

Our Head Cooks for Weekends #58 will be preparing a pancake breakfast. Please bring something to add such as fruit, muffins, juice, yogurt, etc. to share and, of course, some much needed green palanca. We will not be having lunch this time in order to give you the afternoon for other activities.

Please come prepared to serve and share!

Citrus, Hernando, Sumter, Pasco, Pinellas, Hillsborough, Polk, Manatee, Sarasota, Hardee, and Desoto.
